Tailor-made applications, designed precisely around your processes. We support your project all the way from requirements analysis and development through to productive use – including interfaces to ERP systems (e.g. SAP), databases and controllers, as well as maintenance and further development during ongoing operation.
As a Siemens Solution Partner, we implement your automation based on Siemens SIMATIC S7 and TIA Portal: closed-loop control, dosing, positioning, material flow and visualisation. We are proficient in all common communication protocols and reliably migrate existing STEP 5/STEP 7 programs to the TIA platform.
Avoid production downtime caused by obsolete components. With a retrofit, we modernise your plants – for example by migrating to the TIA platform, renewing the communication technology and replacing outdated operator panels (HMI). This lets you get the most out of your existing equipment and makes it future-proof.
We support your plants throughout their entire life cycle: servicing and maintenance, analysis of actual process data and process simulation with real-time data. Digital process control and predictive maintenance enable you to identify problems before they lead to costly downtime.

Born out of more than 40 years of project experience – and proven in day-to-day production.
MLogic is our MES and process management system spanning multiple production halls, and the central application in process manufacturing. As a data hub, it links the ERP, MES and PLC levels into a seamless data flow: orders are imported automatically from the ERP system, recipes and bills of materials are enriched with machine-relevant data and scheduled into detailed machine scheduling according to your individual optimisation rules – for example to reduce changeover times. Once production is released, MLogic transfers the production data directly to the controller.
FLogic is the compact solution for order and plant management in individual production halls. It provides the essential functions for dosing and plant control, without the full scope of an MES spanning multiple halls.
CodeShuttle finally brings Git to the PLC world. Using the official Openness interface, CodeShuttle connects to your Siemens TIA Portal and synchronises blocks, data blocks (DBs), UDTs, tag, watch and force tables as well as HMI elements bidirectionally into readable, versionable text files – with an automatic direction recommendation for each block.

Yes. As a Siemens Solution Partner, we migrate existing STEP 5 and STEP 7 programs to the TIA platform and, where needed, renew communication technology and operator panels (HMI) – keeping your existing plant future-proof.
Our focus is on Siemens SIMATIC S7 with TIA Portal (SCL, STL, LAD). For communication, we use Profinet, Profibus, OPC UA, Modbus, CANbus, Ethernet and serial interfaces, among others.

No. We are based in Bremen, and our customers are located throughout Germany and elsewhere in Europe – for example in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We have commissioned plants running our MES software as far away as China.
